Role Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements or user stories into interactive, visually appealing and performant dashboards using Power BI
- Maintain and support BI and reporting activities for both internal and external stakeholders
- Work in customer projects to develop and approve requirements
- Continuously prioritise the backlog, define release scope
- Support creation of test plans, testing and production releases
- Explore ways to enhance data quality, reliability, and automation
- Write documentation
- Assist in ad-hoc projects whenever required
What we’d like to see in our ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or in a related quantitative field of study
- 2-5 years of experience in data analytics/analysis, 2+ years using Power BI
- Excellent skills in Power BI; ability to create complex, interactive, and visually appealing dashboards
- Expertise in DAX, Power Query M programming is a plus
- The ability to collect, clean, aggregate, map and design data and their resulting visualisations
- Strong understanding of SQL Databases, and associated Data Management workflows
- Good SQL skills; Understand data and query optimisation, query profiling, and query performance monitoring tools and techniques
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritise and accomplish tasks without constant supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
