Then, it’s time to code! based on the priorities of the day in Jira or focus on the fixes and support when Its my turn as "dev of the week". I wrap up the work by daily code review as always, its fun team sync to share progress and help each other tackle bottlenecks, & celebrating the little wins. What I value most in Topo is distraction-free workspace and flexible hours.
When I log off, I recharge by exploring new food, going for a swim, or gearing up for a weekend of travelling or camping, keeping my life outside of work just as exciting.It’s a perfect mix of code focus, teamwork, and the satisfying feeling of making something out of nothing.

"I start my day with a quick espresso from the office machine. I sync with our project manager to review priorities, then jump into coding. Most of my day is spent building features, improving apps, collaborating with the team, and solving problems. In the afternoon, a few of us brew hand-drip coffee together. It’s a nice break and a good reset before our daily code review.
Outside of work, I’m into Chinese tea. I like exploring different varieties and their history. Our work-from-home policy makes it easier to keep a good balance..

"My day starts with coffee. I’m an early riser, so I like to get to the office before most people and plan out my schedule. During the day, I focus on building client relationships and looking for new opportunities to make sure our solutions fit their needs. I’m usually at my desk with my laptop and a notebook, keeping everything organized. That helps me manage multiple projects, track conversations, and stay on task.
After work, I go for a run to clear my head and get some exercise. I also captain my hockey team, which I really enjoy. It lets me share my love for the game and keep building my leadership skills. Balancing work and sports keeps me energized and motivated.
